Prof. Tim St Pierre gave his first IEEE Distinguished Lecture in China at Tsinghua University.  His host was Prof. Dan Wei, whose research interests lie in applied magnetics; there in Beijing he also met Dr Lingyun Zhao, whose work in biomagnetics is on magnetic hyperthermia.
