These are aimed at attracting students with exceptional talent, imagination and potential. They are for both Australian and international students.

The University of Western Australia Medical Physics group welcomes inquiries from suitable physics, mathematics, engineering and computer science applicants, who would like to the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity in an environment that encourages and supports novel and innovative thinking. The group currently has interests in multiple broad areas including:
•       Mechanisms to translate radiotherapy clinical trial results to more effective treatments.
•       Computational and experimental modelling of interactive therapies.
•       Technologies for improving cancer treatment accuracy and quality.
•       Alternative approaches to radiotherapy treatment planning.

The group embraces originality and can consider novel proposals for visionary research topics.

Note that these are VERY competitive scholarships that will be awarded to students who have demonstrated outstanding ability.
